Peter Fazio
Peter is respected as one of the most creative, organized, and detail driven caterers in the industry. Peter provides a practical approach and works directly with all Sterling clients to ensure the success of each event. As a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in hospitality administration, Peter has received hands on training in the food and beverage industry in establishments such as the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel and the Culinary Institute of America.
