SUSTAINABILITY AT STERLING AFFAIR
Exceptional events should leave lasting memories, not unnecessary waste.
At Sterling Affair, sustainability is integrated into the way we source, prepare, serve, and recover from every event. Through our partnership with Neighborhood Compost, a woman-owned regenerative farm in New Jersey, food scraps from our events are diverted from landfills and returned to the earth through a closed-loop composting system.
Every event creates an opportunity to give back.
THE STERLING COMPOST LOOP
Since November 2024, we have composted more than 5,195 pounds of organic material, helping reduce landfill waste while supporting local agriculture and regenerative farming practices.
