Sterling Affair was born out of a love for cooking and a passion to impress. Our story begins with a French restaurant chef who could cook like no one‘s business and a hospitality trained young man who learned his craft at the Waldorf Astoria.  It was the 80s, a time of New York late night parties and long days of cooking. The foundation of our company was built on classic culinary dishes, exceptional service and the perfection of the art of the plate.
