The finished, loft-style spaces (10,000 sq.ft. ea.) include LED track lights, downlighting, and Leko-based template washes, plus trussing for easy installation of additional lighting.

Facade template washes can bathe the building’s exterior in dramatic fashion. HD projection on screens or on the walls, LED display technologies, Wi-Fi, catering rooms, and easy load-in directly from the street are other key features.
